Job Summary
Long Term Care Nurse (LTC) Location: Not specified. This role involves providing skilled nursing care primarily during night shifts at a post-acute facility. The position supports patients with diagnoses including dementia, memory care, and orthopedic conditions, ensuring quality care delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Primarily night shifts (6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.), with some 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. shifts possible. Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours. The schedule includes working every other weekend and holiday, with a length of 13 weeks and the possibility of extension. Weekly guaranteed hours range from 36 to 48 hours. Overtime may be available.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse; BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of experience in Long Term Care.
• Additional Information: Local rates apply within 80 miles or when using GSS housing. No on-call or billable callbacks are available. Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a fee. Orientation includes building familiarization and lifts training, approximately 2-4 hours. EMR system used is Point Click Care (PCC).
• Shift Information: Night shifts, primarily 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with minimum hours per week of 36.
