Job Summary
ICU Nurse Nights Located in the healthcare providers ICU unit, this role involves providing critical care for a diverse patient population including neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. The position requires delivering high-quality patient care using advanced technology and adhering to regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district is required.
• ICU experience of at least 3 years is required.
• Certifications required include NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS.
• Must have graduated from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BSN degree is highly desired.
• Schedule: Night shift, 3 days per week, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Experience requirement: 0 years.
• Fulfills the needs of patients, families, and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.
• Various types of technology are used to care for and treat critical care patients, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, central lines, PICC lines, IABP, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, BIS monitors, continuous pulse oximetry, CRRT, gastric tubes, and infusion pumps.
