Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in a facility setting. This position involves assessing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in an acute care environment. The role emphasizes holistic, individualized patient care, patient and family education, and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Details

Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days of hire), TNCC (within 180 days of hire), NIHSS (within 90 days).
Education Requirements: Valid CA RN license.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an ICU setting.
Location Requirements: California license required.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with arterial line management, ventilated patients, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced emergency procedures.
Responsibilities: Delivering high-acuity patient care, managing complex medical equipment, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to clinical protocols.
Additional Information: Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes, comply with onboarding, and provide accurate work history.
