Job Summary
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within the hospitals cardiovascular operating room, supporting complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, and TAVR. The role emphasizes extensive expertise in the RN Circulator function, adhering to hospital policies and maintaining exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Location: Asheville, North Carolina
- Shift Schedule: Days, 10-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN License, BLS certification, extensive expertise and experience in the RN Circulator role within the specified procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub/first assist experience and proficiency are preferred but not required.
- Responsibilities: Provide perioperative patient care during cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve procedures, VAD insertions, TAVR, and others. Support the surgical team with extensive knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and hospital policies.
- Certifications Needed: RN License, BLS
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available for start on 10/12/2026 and end on 01/11/2027.
