Operating Room (OR) Nurse Springfield, MO. This position involves providing direct patient care within the operating room, working alongside a team of nurses and surgical technologists to assist with vascular surgeries, endoscopic procedures, and open cases. The role requires collaboration with surgeons in a hybrid imaging suite and adherence to hospital standards and protocols.

Job Details

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri), BLS certification from the American Heart Association, at least 2 years of Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (including teaching hospital experience), Scrub and Operating Room Circulator experience
• Additional Information: Assist vascular surgeons in the operating room and hybrid imaging suite. Work with a team to perform endoscopic and open surgical cases. Use of various surgical equipment including Da Vinci robotic system. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient rights throughout care delivery. Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, with physical requirements including lifting and pushing patients up to 50 lbs.
