Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) specialty is available in an inpatient rehabilitation unit located within a healthcare provider organization. This position involves providing patient care on a 24-bed unit, focusing on collaboration and promoting patient independence while maintaining safety during day shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, one year inpatient or rehabilitation experience
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification, medical/telemetry experience or higher acuity
• Additional Information: The unit includes typical procedures such as PT/OT/ST for a total of 3 hours daily. Patients may receive dialysis, blood administration, IV medications, and remote telemetry monitoring. The unit does not perform bedside surgical procedures. Collaborate well with therapy departments and foster patient independence while ensuring safety.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
