Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Surgical Technician (ORT) for a facility located in a Level II trauma center environment. This role involves working in the inpatient main operating room and may include floating to an outpatient Same Day Surgery center when required. Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must have one (1) year recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist or be a graduate of an accredited Operating Room Technician training program. Current CPR certification required.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position requirements: Experience in a hospital surgical setting, ability to float as needed, and compliance with agency employment status specified by the facility.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a busy trauma center with responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient surgical environments. Flexibility to float between OR and outpatient surgery centers is essential.
