Description

Job Summary
Ambulatory Care Medical Surgical Skilled RN Weymouth, MA. This position involves supporting a busy outpatient cardiology practice by providing patient assessment, telephone triage, care coordination, patient education, and provider support.

Job Details

Location: Weymouth, MA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Required: Massachusetts RN license, acute care nursing experience (1-2 years), ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience (minimum 1 year), telephone triage experience, strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
Preferred: Cardiology experience, telemetry experience and/or cardiac monitoring knowledge, ambulatory Epic
