Job Details

• Position Description: Provides direct patient care in a high-risk labor and delivery unit, with responsibilities including thorough assessments, emergency procedures, and documentation. Ensures patient safety and satisfaction in support of the healthcare team.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred; active RN license required; must have experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital facilities; ACLS and BLS certifications required; availability for night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the conditions and procedures encountered in surgical patients, including patient education, pre- and post-operative assessments, and the ability to support the perioperative team with responsibility and accountability.
