Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location not specified. This position involves delivering intra-operative patient care in various surgical specialties, including ENT, general, orthopedics including spine, podiatry, dental/oral surgery, pain management, ophthalmology, urology, OB/GYN including C-sections, vascular, and bariatric procedures. The role encompasses circulating, instrumenting, assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers, and providing patient education within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) license, current CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in the operating room setting, with previous Epic experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Delivering high-quality intra-operative patient care while coordinating with surgical teams. Call requirements include approximately 70-80 hours over a four-week period, with response time within 30 minutes. The position involves circulating, instrumenting, first assisting, patient education, and resource nursing.
