Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Located in the organizations healthcare facility, this role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring adherence to professional standards and fostering a healing, patient-centered environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: NYS RN Licensure, BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross), graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, 0 years minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, professional certification in a related nursing specialty, relevant skills certification such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide bedside care and support for adult patients with various health conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic illnesses, and acute cases. Focus will be on delivering quality, safe, and compassionate care, promoting health education, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes supporting a collaborative team environment and engaging in ongoing professional development practices.
