Job Summary
Pre Op Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing preoperative nursing care in a surgical setting, supporting various outpatient and ambulatory services. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the preoperative process.

Job Details

Certifications: CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
Education Requirements: Valid California RN license
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in charge, patient ratio management, and charting with Epic system; minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting preferred
Schedule: Variable shifts starting as early as 5:30 a.m. to as late as 8:30 p.m., with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 11/02/2026 to 02/01/2027
Additional Responsibilities: Providing preoperative assessments, discharge instructions, medication reconciliation, and patient education for various surgical procedures including Endoscopy, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology
Qualifications: Proficiency in managing ports, airway assessment, anesthesia support, and patient monitoring during pre-op phases
