Job Details

• Position Description: ER RN - Nights - 36 hours per week; work schedule includes 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a valid Compact license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification, minimum of 2 years ED experience, and experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The ER handles a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics, with an average daily census of 200+. The facility includes a 10-bed observation unit with staffing ratios of 1:5 to 1:6 in that area. Staff must be comfortable floating within scope and rotating through different units including the ER hold/obs area.
• Certifications: Must possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certification at the time of submission.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all minimum qualifications and comply with onboarding deadlines.
