• Position Description:
  Unit Information: Location: Lees Summit Medical Center, Floors 2E, 2W, 2S.
  Discipline: Medical/Surgical RN.
  Call Requirements: None.
  Weekends: Yes, 2 shifts per month.
  Typical unit profile includes 36 beds and a staffing team comprising 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs, and 1 secretary during night shifts.
  Patient Ratios: 6:1.
  Equipment used includes Alaris Pumps and wound vacs.
  EMR system: Meditech.
  Dress Code: Charcoal Grey scrubs; no hoodies or sweatshirts.
  Award recognitions include the Med/Surg Spotlight monthly award and quality awards for patient safety.

• Required Qualifications:
  Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  Location: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
  Experience: 0 years minimum.
  Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience with wound vacs, IV pumps, and EMR systems.
  Flexible scheduling is preferred.

• Additional Information:
  Responsibilities include providing bedside patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and utilizing medical equipment efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
