Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position is available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized care to general medical and orthopedic patients, including managing telemetry monitoring. The position requires flexibility with floating to telemetry beds and performing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; Required experience: 2 years.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Position start date: 10/27/2026, end date: 01/26/2027.
• Unit notes include pre-screening processes, unit orientation, and specific patient care responsibilities such as interpreting EKG strips and managing medication drips for Amiodarone and Diltiazem.
• The unit has 38 beds, including 8 telemetry beds, and operates Cerner charting systems.
• Floating to telemetry beds may be required, with a 1-2 day floor-specific orientation.
• Additional operational details include unit workflows, COVID requirements, and shift scheduling practices.
