Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN located in Kansas City, MO. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a specialized medical surgical unit. Candidates will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing services to a diverse patient population.

Job Details

• Position Description: The ideal candidate will work on a medical surgical unit with a focus on patient safety and comfort. Previous experience in electronic health record systems and a solid understanding of unit-specific procedures are preferred.
• Required Qualifications: RN license; Strong clinical skills; Basic proficiency in electronic health record documentation; No minimum experience requirement; Location: Kansas City, MO; Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working on a medical surgical unit, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and excellent communication skills.
• Additional Information: Staffing will be coordinated to ensure optimal patient coverage. The unit operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates must be adaptable to working collaboratively with colleagues during injury recovery and new hire onboarding.
