Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Cypress, TX. Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for patient assessment, treatment, and management within the emergency department setting. Candidates will perform procedures such as tPA administration, STEMI care, CPR, and wound care, supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal patient outcomes.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; degree or equivalent education in nursing; current licensure in Texas; 0 years of experience minimum.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Unit has 19 beds with staff including charge nurses, triage nurses, bedside RNs, health unit coordinators, and technicians. Typical patient ratios are 4:1 or 5:1. EMR is Meditech; equipment includes Philips systems. Candidates should have a positive culture fit and be adaptable to the units policies.
