Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Nurse located in the organizations facility. This position involves providing specialized care to ICU patients across multiple environments, including neuro/trauma Surgical Intensive Care Units, Medical Intensive Care Units, Cardiovascular Progressive Care Units, and units in the Emergency Department and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit awaiting bed placement. The role requires previous travel experience and the ability to adapt to various ICU settings.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Nights
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license with ICU experience at a level I trauma center, Epic experience required, and current competency test within 24 hours of submission. Candidates must have prior travel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience floating to various Intensive Care Units (ICUs), including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ICU/PACU in the emergency department or PACU waiting areas.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable and competent caring for ICU patients in diverse environments. Scrubs must be navy blue. A competency test will be administered within 24 hours of submission.
