Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) specialty position in a healthcare facility located in the area. This role involves providing surgical assistance and ensuring patient safety during various procedures. The position requires a qualified professional with appropriate certifications and experience in a high-volume surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CNOR.
• Education Requirements: Valid California RN license, current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CNOR.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience required.
• Location Requirements: Must have valid CA RN license and be compliant with state or facility regulations.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Call required, rotating after hours and on weekends.
• Responsibilities include assisting with a range of surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining sterile techniques.
• Certifications must be uploaded with valid expiration dates.
• References: Two references obtained within the last year required.
• Candidates must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a 7-year work history verification.
• RTO (Return To Office) policy allows a maximum of 7 days per contract. Holiday RTO policies apply as specified.
