Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Located in the healthcare organization. This position involves providing comprehensive patient-family centered care within a Medical Surgical Floor setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe and effective care, demonstrating excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills, and functioning independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: DAY SHIFT. The Medical/Surgical RN is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in accordance with organizational and state standards.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, diploma or associate's degree in Nursing, 0 years of experience, located within the required geographic area.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN must maintain confidentiality, support organizational values, and act rapidly in emergency situations. The position requires excellent assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills, and the ability to function independently.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
