Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse position available in the healthcare organization. This role involves providing patient-centered care in a Med Surg and Telemetry capacity, supporting a diverse patient population within a hospital setting. The position requires working night shifts and engaging in a collaborative clinical environment dedicated to quality healthcare delivery.

Job Details

Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS, ACLS (American Heart Association), and active Iowa/IA license or a valid multistate license at the time of submission.
Education Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience Requirements: 24 months of current Med Surg, Telemetry, or Med/Tele experience required; no minimum years of experience specified.
Location Requirements: Must have an active Iowa license or a multistate license.
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 11/02/2026 through 02/01/2027.
Responsibilities include administering Heparin and Insulin, monitoring patient conditions via Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), and providing bedside nursing care across various patient types, including medical-surgical and behavioral health.
Additional Information: Candidates must have successfully completed a previous travel contract within the past 15 months, with a minimum of 24 months of recent experience in similar clinical settings. Flexibility to float across general Med Surg, Rehab, and Behavioral Health units is required.
