Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in Bozeman, MT. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive care for neonatal patients in a busy and dynamic environment. The position requires providing family education, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse), American Heart Association BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider, STABLE certification, and one year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data, analyzing assessment findings, developing and implementing individualized care plans, employing strategies to promote health and safety, and contributing to professional development.
• Complies with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with hyperacute and acute stroke.
• Participates in cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education as required within the specified timeframe.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or unforeseen circumstances.
• Candidate must reside at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered.
• Position urgency: Normal.
