Job Summary
Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility setting. This position involves providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.

Job Details

• Position Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care during assigned shifts. They utilize scientific judgment, leadership, and critical thinking to plan and implement safe care. The role involves maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education and providing supervision and direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Required Qualifications: Must have ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association, vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, preferred wound care experience, and a Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state compact RN license.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience. The role requires demonstrating leadership in clinical settings and maintaining certifications as specified.
