Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location: The healthcare provider is seeking a skilled RN to join their Operating Room team. This role involves delivering evidence-based patient care, performing assessments, interpreting data, and coordinating treatment in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will also educate patients and families while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides hands-on patient care within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. Performs all steps of the nursing process, including assessing patients, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as teaching patients and families. Monitors and maintains the quality of nursing care provided, contributing to nursing education, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, and 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shift; 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for rapid assessment, emergency protocol activation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure patient safety and quality care delivery. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, effective communication, and leadership within the clinical team.
