Job Details

• Position Description: The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN who provides direct patient care, practicing in an evidence-based manner within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. The CN assesses patients, interprets data, implements and evaluates care, and collaborates with healthcare teams and families to deliver patient-centered care.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, experience requirement: 0 years, location requirements: must be eligible to work in the designated state, and schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will create a healing environment, identify and manage patient discomfort, provide emotional support, and guide families through illness and recovery processes. The role includes monitoring patient status, teaching self-care and health management, and participating in team-building activities. Adaptability to technology and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential. The position involves rapid response capabilities and safety compliance responsibilities.
