Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Surgical Technician (Operating Room Technician) for a position in the ORT (Operating Room Technology) specialty. This role involves assisting circulators and surgeons in patient care during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring patient safety under the guidance of qualified operating room personnel. The position includes an on-call component, with once-weeknight call and weekend call every fifth weekend.

Job Details

• Certifications and Experience: Valid certification as a Surgical Technician or Operating Room Technician is required. No minimum years of experience are specified.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Assist in surgical procedures, maintain sterile environment, support surgical team, and ensure patient safety.
• Additional Information: The position requires compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision.
