Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse, Ottumwa, Iowa This temporary assignment involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in an acute care facility. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility; Iowa state-certified background check; mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult); titers within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
• Schedule: Days shift, 9-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: C-Section experience required. Robot experience preferred, with interest in learning. Occasionally, floating to linen services or med/surg as a sitter after training is possible. Candidate must have Iowa SING background check clearance (criminal and child abuse checks); drug test required (10 panel, including opiates); candidate must be at least 60 miles from the facility location for consideration.
