Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Location
This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting. The ER RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards of nursing practice. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver safe, efficient, and effective care to diverse patient populations.

Job Details

• Certifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification required. Additional certifications or continuing education relevant to emergency nursing are preferred.
• Education & Experience: No minimum experience required; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the emergency care specialty is preferred.
• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 11/16/2026 and ending on 02/13/2027.
• Responsibilities include: performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, delegating tasks, evaluating patient responses, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement activities.
• Additional duties: May float to sister site, dependent on census and staffing needs, with the understanding that the position may require physical agility, proper body mechanics, and effective communication skills.
• Submission instructions: Candidates must meet all basic licensing requirements and be prepared to demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing practices.
