Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking an ORT (Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician) for a temporary assignment. The role involves assisting in surgical procedures by preparing and sterilizing equipment, assembling case carts, and supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced environment. The position requires maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the smooth operation of surgical cases.

- Required Qualifications: Certification in surgical technology, at least 2 years of experience in robotics, orthopedics, or urology; ACLS and BLS required; must live at least 100 miles away from the facility.
- Responsibilities include planning and preparing for surgical procedures, assisting surgeons, sterilizing equipment, and assembling emergency and scheduled case carts.
- Additional Information: Experience in robotics, orthopedic, or urology cases is required. All other specialties except eyes, hearts, thoracic, and vascular are preferred. Must be flexible with varying days off and on-call requirements, which may include around four per month, including one 24-hour weekend day.
