Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Hawaii This role involves providing primary nursing care, telemetry monitoring, and other essential clinical duties within a 15-bed unit that includes step-down intensive care and telemetry. The position requires a Hawaii license prior to start date and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: For a specific traveler, candidate must have Hawaii license by start of the assignment. The unit comprises a 15-bed facility with 3 step-down ICU beds and 12 telemetry beds.
• Schedule: Day shift from 0645 to 1915, following a 36-hour per week schedule after orientation; no guarantee of hours, no call required.
• Required Qualifications: Hawaii license, at least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year. Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. The position involves floating to all in-house acute units, including Medical, Surgical/Pediatrics, ICU, and Emergency Department. Dress code is scrubs.
