Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse (Tele) Days; Located remotely in the healthcare organizations facility. This position involves providing specialized patient care for telemetry patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses, primary stroke/TIA, and stable cardiac catheterization patients. The role requires monitoring via remote telemetry systems and ensuring optimal patient outcomes during a contract lasting 18 weeks starting from October 26, 2026.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  Specialty: 3W Cardiac Telemetry Days; EOW. The shift is scheduled for 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  License/certifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Required Qualifications:
  2 years of RN experience, valid MD or Compact State license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, and experience with cardiac telemetry, central line care, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management of cardiac drips.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience with Community Hospital charting systems; Interdisciplinary support familiarity.
• Responsibilities:
  Provide remote telemetry monitoring using the Hicuity System, manage specialty drips including Cardizem (non-titratable), Amiodarone, Heparin, Protonix, and Lasix. Recognize and respond to clinical changes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation standards.
• Schedule:
  Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly, starting October 26, 2026, through March 15, 2027.
• Submission Requirements:
  Candidates must meet all required certifications and licensure at the time of submission and be comfortable floating within scope as needed.
