Job Summary
A registered nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care is needed for a position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing safe, patient-centered nursing care within a dedicated medicine unit, using evidence-based practices and collaborative team efforts to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Certifications: NYS RN License, BLS
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience or active BSN program enrollment
• Experience: 2 years of medical unit experience; 1-year travel experience preferred for travel positions
• Location Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the state
• Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, every other weekend, 11.5-hour shifts, with a minimum of 34.5 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Responsibilities include delivering patient care using Relationship Centered Care principles, educating patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and performing charge nurse duties as assigned.
• Preferred Skills: Excellent organizational skills, EPIC experience highly preferred
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and meet all listed qualifications.
