The role focuses on supporting patients with renal conditions such as ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis, offering critical care in a dynamic hospital environment serving the Four Corners region.

Job Details

• Position Description: Nephrology RN position in a 24-bed Progressive Care Unit at a level III trauma hospital responsible for medical, surgical, and nephrology patients.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), ADN degree, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and availability to work days from 0700 to 1930 with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge Nurse experience and nephrology experience are preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: Observation Unit experience is a plus. The unit uses Cerner electronic health records, and equipment includes VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients with a staffing ratio of 1:4 or 1:6.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
