Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse position available in en_US. The role involves providing high-acuity care on a surgical step-down unit, with a focus on patient management that includes device and infusion care. This position requires working night shifts, and additional holiday coverage may be necessary.

Job Details

• Position Description: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend schedule; holiday coverage including Thanksgiving and one winter holiday.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); graduation from an accredited program; current license to practice in en_US; 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred. Must be willing to manage high-acuity patients with devices such as chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC lines, central lines, and other drains, along with infusions including Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, Amiodarone, and Cardizem. Must be comfortable managing multiple devices and infusion therapies in a fast-paced surgical step-down environment.
