Labor and Delivery Nurse in Wenatchee, WA. Job Details:

• Position: RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Location: Wenatchee, WA
• Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required to have a Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Required to maintain active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM).
• Adheres to organization policies, unit standards, and the Washington Nurse Practice Act.
• Must float as a sitter; may float in rotation.
• Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, conducting assessments, documenting care, and teaching patients and families.
• Demonstrates active involvement in performance evaluation and quality improvement processes.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for patients and staff in accordance with hospital policies.
