Job Details

• Position Description: Operating Room Nurse responsible for circulating during surgeries including orthopedics, ENT, GYN, sports medicine, and general procedures. May float to other ambulatory surgery centers in the Kansas City area to meet scheduled hours.
• Qualifications: Valid certifications, with a minimum of 0 years of operating room experience, including circulating skills in orthopedic, ENT, GYN, sports medicine, and general surgeries.
• Schedule: 4 days a week, dayshift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience in circulating orthopedic, total joints, ENT, urology, and colorectal surgeries preferred. Scrub and C-arm experience are a plus. Candidates should be comfortable supporting procedures such as total joints, arthroscopy, colorectal, T&A, laryngoscopy, bone marrow transplant, laminectomy, ACDF, mid-urethral slings, and vaginal hysterectomy. Use of specialized equipment such as Stryker arthroscopy systems, video, and multiple surgical tables is typical.
