Medical-Surgical (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Jasper, IN
This position involves providing patient care on a 29-bed adult medical-surgical unit. The RN will work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, supporting a team-focused environment in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. The role requires highly adaptable nursing skills and strong clinical judgment to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Position: MS RN Nights Jasper, IN
• Certifications/Education/EQ: BLS certification, Indiana nursing license, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2 years med/surg experience, strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Skills and Experience: Highly adaptable nurse with med/surg experience, strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to deliver safe, efficient care in high-acuity environments. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Additional Information: This unit features great teamwork and a collaborative culture. The team prioritizes patient safety, teamwork, and high quality, patient-centered care. The environment is fast-paced and supported by experienced nursing staff. Uniform: navy scrubs.
• Certifications required upon submission: BLS, IN License.
• Shift Notes: 7p-7a.
• Holiday rotation may be required, including potential shifts on July 4th or Labor Day, subject to discussion.
• Practice setting includes adult med/surg patients with primary diagnoses such as pneumonia, heart failure, cardiac conditions, encephalopathy, infections, wounds, AKI, stroke/TIA, and others.
• Unit is supported by a staff that fosters a welcoming atmosphere, where agency nurses are supported and set up for success.
