Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Houston, TX. This role involves providing care to patients with medical-surgical needs and telemetry monitoring at a busy healthcare facility. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing electronic medical records, and managing patients with behavioral health comorbidities.
Job Details
- Required: BSN RN, Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS (preferred, not required).
- Experience: 1 year in Med-Surg Telemetry with behavioral health comorbidities.
- Skill set: EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Rover/iPhone EPIC, comfortable with EKG interpretation (must pass onsite test), de-escalation/Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Sama training experience.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Duration: Start date 10/18/2026 through 01/16/2027.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
