Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Green Bay, WI. This position involves floating responsibilities across various units including observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care, providing versatile clinical support within the healthcare organization. The role demands adaptability to different patient care environments and a commitment to delivering quality nursing care.

Job Details

Position Type: Contract, 13 weeks, with start date of 10/12/2026 and end date of 01/09/2027.
Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active RN licensure or Compact license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), NIHSS certification preferred (must be completed prior to end of orientation), 1-2+ years of general Medical Surgical experience including venipuncture and Cardizem administration, experience with ports, Foley/straight catheters, and stable drips. Strong Epic charting experience within the past 2 years is preferred.
Schedule: Twelve-hour rotating shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours weekly.
Additional Information: Traveler may float within skill set to observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units, with an emphasis on adaptability and clinical competence. Certification completion through Bellins Apex Innovations is at no charge, and compliance with the clinical requirements must commence within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
