Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse Location: unspecified. This position involves evaluating patients and assisting physicians in delivering high-quality clinical care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care aligned with patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and advocating for evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours, 36 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 and ending 01/12/2027.
• Required Qualifications: ASN from an accredited nursing school; NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; BLS certification through AHA; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; Telemetry certification; Minimum 2 years recent telemetry experience; Chest tube/stroke patient experience; Ability to care for up to 6 patients; Epic experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN; Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam.
• Additional Information: The role requires managing patient care for stroke and telemetry patients. The nurse will perform therapeutic interventions and support evidence-based nursing standards, including documentation based on clinical priorities. Float rotation may be required.
