Job Summary
Neurosurgery and Neurology Medical Surgical Nurse in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing specialized care for patients with complex neurological conditions, including those with intractable seizure disorders, in a renowned neuroscience and epilepsy monitor unit. The position requires a dedicated RN committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Medical Surgical Neurology Floor focusing on evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of seizure disorders.
- Certifications/Education Requirements: RN License, BLS.
- Experience Requirements: 2 years of Med Surg/Tele Acute Care experience with neurology patients.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience, EPIC Orientations (2nd and 4th Monday of the month).
- Additional Information: Experience with neurology patients highly preferred. Candidates with prior employment at any Johns Hopkins facility must have been away for at least 1 full year before applying.
