Emergency Room Nurse ER Location not specified. This position involves coordinating and implementing individualized care plans for patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Job Details

Position Description: Coordinates and executes individualized care plans based on patient assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Utilizes evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support. Delegates care appropriately and may precept students and new hires.
Required Qualifications: Current and active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification; Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification; Current STABLE certification; Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Two (2) years hospital nursing experience; One (1) year Emergency Department (ED) or Critical Care Nursing experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The position involves performing duties in accordance with professional and organizational standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to infection control procedures, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
