Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Technician - ORT CERT Sioux City, IA. This position involves providing professional and clinical support within the surgical environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role supports patient care by assisting in the operating room setting, with responsibilities including surgical tech functions across various specialties.

Job Details

Position Description: Support surgical teams in a Level 3 Trauma Center setting, contributing technical expertise during operative procedures.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience, Epic experience, IA mandatory reporter certification, proficiency in spine, orthopedics, general surgery, robotics, ENT, gynecology, prior travel OR experience, work history skills specific to surgical tech discipline, NBSTSA certification, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, drivers license.
Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on drivers license and be available for call duties as specified, with on-call shifts approximately 8-10 days within a six-week period, including some weekend days and holidays.
