Description
Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing emergency nursing care in a 65-bed emergency department that sees approximately 230 visits per day. The RN will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and managing a diverse patient population with general emergency nursing skills.
Job Details
- Position: Emergency Department RN, 36 or 48 hours per week, Nights & End of Week (EOW).
- Shift Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licensed or certified as an emergency nurse, AHA Certified Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Candidates should have at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: NRP and TNCC certifications are strongly preferred.
- Additional Information: Includes on-site parking, assignment includes floating to ED Observation wing and Acute Mental Health Unit, no rotating shifts required.
