Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Fort Smith, AR. This full-time night shift position involves providing specialized care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); 2+ years of experience in critical care.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Skills and Experience: Critical Care experience; pass medication and math competency test with a 90% passing grade; may be required to pass a retake.
• Unit Information: 32 beds, patient ratios 2:1 or 3:1; equipment includes Electronic Patient Monitoring; experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensure patient safety, and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Additional Information: Unit is fast-paced, seeking upbeat and driven nurses; scrubs are required, with no open toe shoes allowed.
