Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse located in an HCF. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering compassionate patient care and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire; 0 years of recent full-time equivalent experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves responding effectively to emergency situations, utilizing specialized skills to assess and stabilize patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN); Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
