A reputable healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to work in their facility. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and supporting patient safety and education throughout the patient's stay. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification prior to first shift and ACLS Certification prior to first shift (CIRH only). Minimum of two years bedside clinical experience preferred.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission; initiates discharge planning and patient education; documents assessments, interventions, and responses timely and accurately; participates in patient rehabilitation programs; communicates effectively with all care team members; and maintains a safe environment in accordance with hospital policies.
• Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, education, and teamwork; ability to delegate appropriately; commitment to professional growth and development.
• Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of bedside clinical experience in a clinical setting.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
