Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for neonatal patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, specifically in neonatal or ICU care, is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of activities for neonatal patients. Responsibilities include review and interpretation of diagnostics and laboratory data, formulation of care plans, documentation, and participation in clinical activities that promote excellent patient outcomes. The position may include supervising staff and working across various departments to ensure continuity and quality of care. The job requires physical agility to respond to patient needs and may involve lifting up to 75 pounds.
