Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for neonatal patients. The NICU nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the physical and developmental needs of neonates.

Job Details

• Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training, and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, on days.
• Additional Information: The position involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses. The role may include supervision of staff and work flow within the department. Candidates should be prepared to work weekend requirements and an assigned holiday; religious exemptions for COVID-19 vaccination are not permitted at this organization.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to meet physical demands and environmental requirements typical to direct patient care in neonatal intensive care.
