Description

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) nurse in a healthcare facility setting. The role involves providing direct patient care in the surgical environment, supporting various orthopedic and general surgical procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and clinical standards.

Job Details

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR (preferred) required certifications must be valid and uploaded; valid CA State License must be uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience required.
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include assisting with outpatient surgeries, adhering to aseptic techniques, operating specialized surgical equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams such as IV teams, physical therapy, and radiology.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience and patient ratio experience are advantageous.
Additional Information: Candidates must complete required onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, provide 7-year work history verification, and adhere to RTO and holiday policies.
